THE BRONX BUILDS NEW YORK
The Bronx Brigade is made up of rank-and-file union members who call the Bronx home. Together, we are ready to fight to bring social and economic empowerment to Bronxites. We will continue to build a powerful bridge between organized labor, non-union construction workers and community, hold those in power accountable, and fight against the forces trying to eradicate the labor movement and working-class New York.
For too long we have sat back and allowed real estate power houses, elected officials, and others who refuse to recognize our actual longstanding ties to the community to categorize and define us. They do not speak for us. We will no longer allow others to label us or define our values. No longer will we sit back and allow others to tell us we don’t represent the makeup of this city.
WE ARE THIS CITY. WE BUILD THIS CITY.
